4. Refunds
We offer a 14-day satisfaction window on eligible digital products that have not been fully consumed or downloaded. To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your order details.

All content, including lessons, text, and media, is owned by EmeraldCore Strum Club or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without permission.

- Do not upload harmful code or engage in disruptive behavior.
- Respect our community guidelines when participating in live sessions.

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific skill outcomes or performance improvements. Practice results vary by individual effort and consistency.
